Terms of business

In force from 10 October 2026. This is a translation; the Croatian version (Opći uvjeti poslovanja) prevails.

These terms apply to all services provided under the Zauzeto brand by 2GREAT d.o.o., Ilica 138, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB 18520556531 ("we"). If a written quote says something different, the quote prevails. "You" means the client, whether a consumer or a business. Rules that apply only to consumers say so.

1. Services and who can order them

We build websites, host and maintain those websites (a yearly subscription) and rework listings on booking platforms. Only adults can order our services, and for a company, a person authorised to represent it.

2. Quotes and entering into a contract

Prices and descriptions on the website are for information and are not an offer. When you enquire, we email you a written quote with the scope, price, deadlines and these terms. A quote is valid for 30 days. The contract is concluded when you accept the quote in writing; email counts as writing. Until then you owe us nothing.

3. Prices and payment

4. Building a website

5. Yearly subscription: hosting and changes

6. Listing makeovers

7. What we can't promise

A good website and a good listing improve the chances of a booking, but the number of bookings, revenue and search rankings also depend on things we don't control: price, season, competition, platforms and search engines. So we don't guarantee any number of enquiries, bookings or revenue, or a position on Google. The commission calculator on the website is a rough estimate for comparison, not a promise.

8. Your obligations

9. Copyright and references

10. Liability

For damage we cause you, we are liable up to the amount you paid us, in the last 12 months, for the service that caused the damage. Towards businesses we are not liable for lost profit or indirect damage, such as missed bookings. These limits don't apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or to injury to life, body or health. Nothing in these terms limits the rights a consumer has by law.

We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by force majeure, for example natural disasters, prolonged network or provider outages, attacks on infrastructure, or decisions of the authorities.

11. Consumers' right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason.

12. Cancelling the subscription

You can cancel the yearly subscription whenever you like, without giving a reason and at no cost, through the cancellation form, by email or by post. We confirm the cancellation by email without delay. The site keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, and we charge nothing for the next one. We don't refund the amount paid for the current period, unless you are a consumer withdrawing within the period in point 11, or we have failed to meet our obligations. On request, within 14 days we hand over all the site's files and help move it to another provider. The domain stays yours.

13. Complaints

You can send a complaint by email to info@zauzeto.eu or by post to 2GREAT d.o.o., Ilica 138, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. We acknowledge receipt without delay and send a written reply within 15 days of receiving the complaint.

14. Disputes and governing law

We want to settle any disagreement by talking it through. If we can't resolve a complaint, a consumer can turn to an alternative dispute resolution body for consumer disputes, for example the Mediation Centre of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, Rooseveltov trg 2, 10000 Zagreb (hgk.hr). We are willing to take part in mediation. A consumer can always go to the competent court as well.

Contracts are governed by Croatian law. Consumers keep the protection given by the mandatory rules of the country where they live. Disputes with businesses are heard by the competent court in Zagreb.

15. Final provisions

Annex 1: Data processing agreement

This annex applies when we build, host or maintain a website for you that receives personal data from your guests and visitors (Article 28 GDPR). You are the controller and we are the processor.

  1. Subject matter and duration. Data guests send through your website (name, contact details, dates, number of guests, message) and server logs, concerning your website's visitors and guests. The purpose is running the website and delivering enquiries to you. Processing lasts as long as the subscription.
  2. Instructions. We process the data only on your instructions, which are these terms and your written requests. If we believe an instruction breaches the law, we will tell you.
  3. Confidentiality. Only people working on your website, who are bound to confidentiality, access the data.
  4. Security. The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the forms don't store enquiries on the server but email them to you straight away, and access to the server is restricted.
  5. Sub-processors. You give us general authorisation to use the hosting provider Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus, EU), which hosts the site, and Google Ireland Ltd. (Ireland, EU), through whose Google Workspace service the forms send their messages (if it is unavailable, Hostinger sends them); we keep no copy of the messages. We will tell you in advance about any intended change of sub-processor; you may object and cancel the subscription.
  6. Assistance. We help you answer guests' requests to exercise their rights and meet your obligations under Articles 32 to 36 GDPR.
  7. Breaches. We notify you of a personal data breach without delay, and at the latest 48 hours after we become aware of it.
  8. End of processing. When the subscription ends, we hand over the site's files and keep none of your guests' data. The hosting provider deletes the server logs.
  9. Demonstrating compliance. On request we give you the information needed to show that this annex is respected, and allow inspections with reasonable notice.

Annex 2: Model withdrawal form
