Terms, complaints and cancellation
We provide our services under our terms of business. All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. You can cancel a subscription or withdraw from a contract through the cancellation form.
You can send a complaint by email to info@zauzeto.eu or by post to our registered address. We acknowledge receipt without delay and reply in writing within 15 days at the latest. If we can't resolve a complaint, a consumer can turn to an alternative dispute resolution body, for example the Mediation Centre of the Croatian Chamber of Economy; we are willing to take part in mediation.

The texts, design and photos on this website are protected by copyright and may not be used without our permission. All photos and videos on this website, except the recordings and screenshots of our real sites for Apartman u luci Sali and Apartman Milly, were made with the help of artificial intelligence and are illustrations: they do not show real places, real apartments or work for a real client. The photos of the apartments in those recordings belong to their owners. The Figtree and Newsreader fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (licence text).
