Cancel a subscription or withdraw from a contract
No reason, no cost, no phone call.
Here you can cancel the yearly subscription (hosting and changes to your site) or, if you are a consumer, withdraw from a contract within 14 days of concluding it. You don't need to give a reason. As soon as you send the form you see a confirmation on screen, and you also get an acknowledgement by email with the date and time.
Cancelling the subscription
The site keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, and we charge nothing for the next one. The site and the domain stay yours: on request, within 14 days we hand over all its files and help move it to another provider.
Withdrawing within 14 days
For consumers, within 14 days of concluding the contract. We refund everything you paid within 14 days of receiving your statement. The details are in point 11 of our terms.

You can also send your statement by email to info@zauzeto.eu, by post to 2GREAT d.o.o., Ilica 138, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, or with the form in our terms. We use the details from this form only to carry out the cancellation or withdrawal and to acknowledge it, as described in the privacy policy.
