What you send, and what you get
For a makeover we need nothing beyond what you already have.
You send
A link to the listing and, if you have them, photos you have not put on the platform. A few words on what guests ask most and what they like best help too: those are the sentences that go into the description.
We send back
A new title, the whole description in the order guests ask, the photo order and a list of facilities and rules to tick or correct. Everything ready to paste into the Extranet or the Airbnb editor.
Platforms
Booking.com, Airbnb and other holiday rental platforms. If the same apartment is on several of them, the up-to-three package brings the details in line, so guests see the same place everywhere.
Not included
We do not take photos on site and we do not change your nightly rate. We do not handle bookings or guest messages either: the listing stays yours, we only write it and put it in order.

A good title says three things: what it is, what sets it apart and where it is. Everything else goes into the description. On Airbnb the title has at most 50 characters, so the most important part goes first.
Why it pays
According to Booking.com, properties with a complete page (a 100% page score) get up to 18% more bookings than those with incomplete content. A makeover does not change the apartment or the price, only what guests see before they decide: the first photo, the title and the first two sentences of the description.
One listing costs €39.99. If your nightly rate is €80, that is half a night, and a reworked listing works the whole season.
